Since the guy was in a locked room and the cleaners effectively burst in on him, how different is this from, say, having cleaners unlock the door on a couple engaged in not sleeping together, as might be their wont in what they believe to be a private location, and then have them charged with committing a lewd act in view of others?

Mr Stewart may be a little pathetic, but those who found, charged and sentenced him are more so.</description>
